1. Order Processing Time

Domestic retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic wholesale orders take 2-4 business days for quality check and bulk packaging prior to dispatch.

2. Domestic Retail Shipping (India)

For retail purchases in India, estimated delivery time for North India is 5-7 business days, and for the rest of India, it is 7-10 business days.

3. Domestic Wholesale Shipping (India B2B)

Wholesale bulk shipments within India are dispatched via surface freight and logistics partners. Expected delivery timelines range between 7 to 12 business days based on location.

4. USA Direct Shipping (Direct Delivery / Dropship)

Orders placed for delivery in the USA are shipped directly via express air logistics. Estimated delivery timeline is 7 to 12 business days. Tracking links are provided within 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties (USA)

For orders delivered to the USA, any applicable local state sales taxes, tariffs, or import duties imposed under US regulations are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and order receipt.

7. Damaged Shipments & Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with continuous unboxing video footage to process a resolution.
