Welcome to iSells.in. By using our platform for retail purchases, India wholesale inquiries, or USA direct deliveries, you accept these terms in full.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing iSells.in (operated under legal entity Jitendra Kumar Tandon), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing retail, wholesale, and direct international dispatch operations.

2. Retail & Product Information

We strive for maximum accuracy in product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if pricing or inventory information is inaccurate.

3. Domestic Wholesale Terms (India Only)

Wholesale (B2B) orders within India are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and specific commercial invoicing terms. Wholesale pricing is exclusive of surface transport costs unless explicitly mentioned.

4. USA Direct Orders (Direct Fulfill / Dropship)

Orders placed for delivery in the USA are fulfilled via our international logistics partners. Prices for USA orders are charged in USD ($), and recipients are responsible for any applicable local state taxes, tariffs, or customs levies.

5. Payments & Billing

All transactions are securely processed via authorized payment gateways including Cashfree Payments, Razorpay, and PayPal. By completing a checkout, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. iSells.in reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including branding, text, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of iSells.in. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

iSells.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products purchased through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
